Entech Controls, incorporated in 1996, is Manufacturer, Exporter, and Supplier of a wide range of customized engineering products. The company is ISO 9001-2008 certified by TUV.

The Company exports Rotary Control Valves, Rotary Actuators, Piston Actuators, Diaphragm Actuators & Multi-Spring Actuators, etc. for the past 10 to 12 years as OEM to leading Control valve manufacturers in the world.

Our Manufacturing Facility

We possess a well-equipped manufacturing facility, which is located in Nashik, (180 kms from Mumbai, India). The manufacturing facility is spread over a plot area of 2500 square meters, within the Industrial Development Corporation of Nashik (MIDC).The manufacturing facility consists of Machine shop with CNC turning centres ,Assembly, Inspection and product testing. We also have own paint shop. We have network of ancillary industries which cater to our needs. Extensive use of jigs ,fixtures and toolings ensure repetitive quality of products manufactured. All jigs/fixtures are developed in-house.

These standards are recommended in the international arena and are accepted by all companies belonging to the domain. Over the years, we have stringently refined our testing methods. These methods are enforced in conjunction with the new needs / demands that are recommended by our in-house experts as well as the needs / demands of our valued customers.

We have a QC department, which is integrated with inspection facilities to check the new materials as well as the outgoing final products. The inspections are done using various sophisticated tools, calibrated gauges, & fixtures. In addition, the department has assembly benches, which ascertains scalable and repeatable assembly every time, further ensuring correct and precise results. Also, cycle tests are conducted to establish the life of components such as seals springs, rubber Diaphragms, & others that are used in the assembly.
